As many of our clients welcome the start of spring, this season has seen a few changes to staff across County’s three teams.
Leah Francis
Within the Business Team Sean & Leah taking on more responsibility as Thirza moves to our wholesale broking team.
Sean will begin to grow his own portfolio of clients while Leah will support with completing client adjustments throughout the policy year. On looking to the future at County, Sean said: “Leah and I are really pleased to be entrusted with helping develop our business insurance offering. By growing my portfolio I’m excited to be contributing more to County.”
He added: “I enjoy broking a wide variety of commercial risks and with over 8 years insurance experience and knowledge of insurers I’m confident I can deliver for you.”
To support our new broker-specific Farm & Commercial offering, Thirza brings a wealth of experience in account management and helping Andrew and his team deliver for brokers.
Thirza Morris
On joining the team, Thirza said: “I am excited to be embracing a new challenge while remaining with County Insurance and getting to know my new team. I’m looking forward to transferring my skills from my former broking role and learning new ways of trading within in the schemes department.”
She added: “I feel this is a very positive change for both myself and for the business.”
While County’s business & schemes teams has seen progression amongst it’s members, the farm team welcome back Amie Ponting from maternity leave.
After her first week back Amie said: “I’m really pleased to see all my colleagues again but I will miss being at home with my new born daughter Mila!”
