County Insurance Services Named a Sunday Times Best Place to Work 2026

The Sunday Times -Best places to work 2026

We’re proud to share that County Insurance Services Ltd has been recognised as one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026.

Sunday Times Best Places to WorkThis national recognition reflects the positive, supportive culture we have built as a business — something that has been shaped by our people over many years.

As a family-owned insurance brokerage with over 40 years of trading, we have always believed that looking after our team is fundamental to looking after our clients. This award is based on detailed responses from our employees to a structured set of engagement questions, where we met strict independent benchmarking criteria across areas including wellbeing, engagement and job satisfaction. Alongside this, colleagues also shared additional feedback, providing valuable insight into their experience of working at County.

We were featured in a printed supplement in The Sunday Times on Sunday 24th May 2026, alongside other organisations recognised as exceptional places to work.

At County, we have long believed that strong client relationships are built on knowledgeable, motivated and supported teams. Many of our colleagues have been with us for a significant part of their careers, reflecting the importance we place on creating a stable, inclusive and rewarding working environment.

Feedback from our team plays an important role in how we continue to evolve. Following this survey, our Senior Leadership Team has begun a programme of detailed reviews to understand where we can further improve and where new ideas can be introduced.

For our clients — whether we are supporting farms, businesses or listed/thatched properties — this recognition is an endorsement of the values that underpin our service. A business that invests in its people is better placed to deliver consistent, knowledgeable and personal support to those it serves.

We remain committed to the principles that have guided us for over four decades: long-term relationships, specialist expertise and a personal approach to insurance.
