We’re excited to announce the latest addition to our family-owned company. We welcome Lauren Thomas who joins us as our new Business Department Account Handler.
Lauren brings a wealth of personal & business insurance experience and a focus on building strong client relationships, which will be pivotal as we expand. Her expertise in account management and commercial policies will bolster our commitment to a dedicated & personalised service to our valued clients.
On her new appointment, Lauren said: “I am delighted to be working at County having already enjoyed 15 years in the insurance broking sector. Having specialised in private motor & motor fleet insurance for both Insurance companies and Brokers, I am looking forward to learning more about areas of commercial insurance. This is a fantastic opportunity to use my transferable skills from previous insurer roles and bring them to County”.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys fitness, being a regular at her local gym and also enjoys her family days and catching up with her friends. Her girls are keen on their sports too with trips to the swimming pool being a frequently enjoyed event.
