County £200 Amazon Voucher Competition Terms & Conditions

1. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. The promoter is: County Insurance Services Ltd whose registered office is at Glyme Court, Langford Lane, Kidlington, Oxford, OX5 1LQ.

3. County Insurance Services Ltd £200 Amazon Voucher competition (hereby referred to solely as ‘Competition’) will run from February 15th, 2022 until April 30th, 2022 Entries received after this date will not be valid.

4. The competition is open to all existing brokers and partner agencies of County Insurance Services Ltd (hereby referred to solely as ‘County’) with an active agency agreement.
a. The competition is not open to employees and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with County or judging of the competition.

5. No entry fee is required to participate.

6. In order to participate, entrants must:
a. Submit their quote to County
b. Bind their policy with County
c. This will then lead to an entry put into a randomized draw
d. Whoever is picked from the randomized draw first will win a £200 Amazon Voucher

7. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

8. If a quote is submitted to County or Heritage twice by two different brokers then the first broker and first company will count only.

9. The prize winner will be notified by email, post or phone within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

10. County will notify the winner when and where the grand prize can be collected / is delivered.

11. County’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. The Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

13. Brokers only need one successful policy bound in order to be entered into the grand prize draw; multiple successful policy bindings will count as multiple entries in the grand prize draw.

14. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

15. County reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

16. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

17. The prize winners agree to the use of their names and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.

18. County’s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.

19. County shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

20. County also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
