Client Sentiment Survey Winners 2023

We recently carried out a Client Sentiment Survey, this is something we do every five years in order to better understand how we are performing as Insurance Brokers and to gain feedback that we can learn from.

Compared to the previous survey in 2018, we had over 8 times the response with more than 400 completed surveys across our three specialisms. On average, the survey took only 5 minutes to complete.

Tim Sydenham, Managing Director, said: “This is a very valuable exercise as it allows us, as a company, to benchmark how we are doing. It helps to give us valuable feedback on what we are doing well and also areas in which we need to improve.”

All results and feedback will be shared with our management and staff, the feedback will be reviewed as to how we can improve our overall processes and service delivery.

We have also been conducting in-depth interviews with a number of clients to gain further insights and more qualitative data.
