County had the pleasure of attending a fantastic day at the Thame Fatstock Show on Friday 28th November.
Two members of our team set up our stand in the canteen where our prize hamper took centre stage. Congratulations to J Acworth from Hungerford for winning the fabulous hamper in our prize draw – perfect timing for Christmas!
Throughout the day, we had valuable conversations with both new and familiar faces reminding us of the importance of being actively engaged in supporting the Agricultural community.
Congratulations to the Champions, D W Gurney & Son with their trio of Beltex and K Ludgates with their 17 months British Blue X Heifer. The hard work and commitment that goes into producing these animals is second to none.
There was also a single lamb kindly donated by RJ & JM Piddle in support of E Tompkins who was taking part in Movember raising money for Prostate Cancer UK. The lamb raised an amazing £2,300!
It was a great day had by all and congratulations to all of the winners throughout the day.
