- You have not been offered a quotation or have been declined by an insurer due to a medical condition
- Your policy has been cancelled, wholly or partly, due to a medical condition
- You have been offered a policy with a medical condition exclusion that cannot be removed
- You have been offered a policy with a medical condition premium of £200 or more
- You have been offered a policy with an unknown medical condition premium

- Provides cover for your condition without specific exclusions
