£9m milestone for County Insurance Services

County Insurance Services Ltd has recently appointed two new members to their growing farm insurance team, having recently surpassed the £9m premium mark.

County have welcomed Patricia Phillips and William Tuely as new starters recently. With the family run company now writing over £9m in premium, Patricia, known as Tish, and William will be assisting farmers with the day to day administration of their polices and be able to offer advice on other insurance queries farmers may have.

With over nine years working in farm insurance, Tish said: “I’ve previously been described as ‘the farmers friend’ and I feel I can bring both a knowledgeable and experienced approach to the team.”

She added: “I also have an extensive knowledge of rugby, my passion, and Botswana where I previously lived.”

William joins County from a background in breeding race horses and enjoys a number of rural pursuits.

Joining the team, he said: “I recently gained my Cert CII before starting my career in insurance and I’m confident backed with the knowledge that has given me I’ll be able to help all our clients old and new with their insurance queries.”

He added: “I’m pleased to swap the 3.30 at Kempton for a local and friendly brokerage here at County!”

Tish and William join County after a period of steady growth that has enabled the company to seek further employment opportunities within their niche commercial insurance department too.

County has been established for over 30 years and will be known to many in the local and wider farming community.
