May I express my appreciation at the way in which the claim for my wedding ring has been resolved. People are always ready to complain (me included!) when things are not handled in an efficient manner so I believe I should congratulate you in this instance. It is always said that an insurance company is as good as the way in which claims are handled, so well done.

Valuations can be done on what is known as a “desk-top valuation” basis or a “on-site valuation ” basis.
